    Shivani | Co-Founder

    Shivani Honwad, Esq. is an attorney, part-time professor at NYU's LA campus, certified Yin Yoga instructor, entrepreneur and passionate human rights advocate. As a student at New York University’s Stern School of Business, Shivani spent the Summer of 2005 interning in Bollywood in Mumbai, India, where she witnessed first-hand the massive destruction of property and extreme devastation caused by the July 26, 2005 monsoon floods. Since then, Shivani has dedicated her education and career to helping those in need obtain the services they deserve. She founded The Law Firm of Shivani Honwad, LLC in 2014 after working in the public and private sectors and clerking for the Chief Judge of the Family Court of Delaware upon graduating from law school. She focuses primarily on immigration and business law for creative individuals and companies in the fashion, tech, wellness and entertainment realms. She has negotiated contracts for her clients working with Nike, Amazon, Disney, Netflix, HBO, AppleTV+ and many more. She successfully lobbied to amend Delaware’s state laws to provide better protections to juvenile victims of prostitution and is actively advocating for improved transparency in the modeling industry in NYC. Her work has been highlighted by the Spotlight Team in The Boston Globe and she has been featured in Business Insider, Brit + Co, VoyageLA and The American Fashion Podcast among many others. Shivani has consulted on the legal process for a TV show script for ABC, guest lectured at UCLA, NYU and Berklee College of Music in Valencia, and spoken at numerous conferences, events and panels around the world. In addition to her business and legal background, as the founder of a few companies and ventures herself, Shivani understands what it takes for entrepreneurs and companies to be successful and thus blends her passion and expertise to help people achieve their dreams.

    Pallavi is an IT Marketing Executive, collaborative moderator and certified yoga instructor. Over the past 20+ years, Pallavi built her corporate career in business centric solution development and implementation at Deloitte and The Coca-Cola Company. She is recognized as an authentic leader, whose collaborative and action-oriented approach along with her growth mindset, enable her to quickly learn new process and tools, engage key stakeholders and activate to create value. In her most recent role as Director of OmniChannel Imagery at The Coca-Cola Company, Pallavi led innovation, inspiration and thought leadership in the product content space, providing global evangelism of new standards and new ways of working to achieve a global cometitive advantage for TCCC. Pallavi is also a champion for wellness and connection building in the workplace. During her time at Coca-Cola, Pallavi served as the Connections Chair on the Board of the Coca-Cola Women in STEM, focusing on creating opportunities for employees to establish an authentic network for personal and professional development. In her tenure, Pallavi led Lean in Circles on crucial topics, moderated thoughtful panel discussions and established a support network to coach employees impacted by organizational changes. Pallavi is also a proud mama as well as a passionate artist, home chef, hiker, yogi, and yoga instructor. Pallavi is a passionate artist. While growing her career and family, Pallavi was a founding partner of Kahaaniya for Kids, LLC, aimed at raising awareness about Indian culture through story telling and performing arts. In the span of 8 years, Kahaaniya for Kids created over 50 Indian culture-inspired education programs and touched over 5,000 children and families in the Atlanta area. In addition to her business backgroud, Pallavi is a dedicated yogi and yoga instructor, trained in vinyasa, yin and kids yoga. She currently teaches yoga at Peach Out Power Yoga, Laughing Dogs Yoga, and volunteers her time to teach yoga to families and teens in her local community.
